Hi there, I have a male tabby cat , which "walked in" to our home since December. Long story short, owner of the cat was not found despite post photos of the cat inside RA Whatsapp group, so I decided to adopt him.

Then my wife decided to go back to our 2nd home, which is an apartment. I was ready to bring him, but wife is against it, so left him back in the house.

So every 1-2 days (yes I know its not right) I will go back to the first home and feed him, and even take him for an outdoor walk . I also ensure he gets plenty of water.

Yes he loves me very much with all the headbutting , especially today he is very affectionate.
I also care for him.

My only main problem - He frequently gives love bite on my legs.
And today when I ignored him for just a while (just to do my stuff), he bite my foot so hard that my foot had abit of bleeding    - I already put some Calamine yellow lotion so that it doesn't get poisoned.

In fact I noticed he followed me alot, sometimes even tried to "chase" me and few near attempts to bite me.

Is it a sign of he miss me very much and yet he is bored? 
I tried to "play" with him, bought him a teaser wand toy , but that doesn't seem to work on him.
But if I stroke him, he is fine with it, though need to see his mood also.

Hi guys! I have 2 kittens (1 is around 6 months old and another is about 10 months old), my husband & I adopted them at a different time and integrated them well, now they are friends. Right now we are facing an issue with my 10 months old kitten, we notice that ever since we adopted her, she start scooting.

We brought her to the vet to empty her anal glands (which isn't alot to empty) and she still scoots! So we thought she is allergic to the protein that is in her diet, we eliminate that as well but she STILL scoots. The vet has no idea how to help me anymore and everytime she scoots, it leaves a mark there on our furniture and sometimes our bed.

Anyone has similar experience or idea on how to stop her from scooting? Vet said it is due to something and not habit, we couldn't figure out what it is. Thank you!!

I got this for free. But I don't think cheese is good for animals? Should i just throw these away?

Spending way too much on wet foods.
My 2 cats are very fussy and even though I have royal canin dry foods they want wet foods maybe 3 times a day. Often they leaving quite a bit.

I have tried many brands.

What wet foods are people using and you happy with.  I have bought cheaper brands but they just look and smell terrible. Pay a little more and you can see nice fish or chicken.

Hi, does anyone has experience with Iams dry cat food?

Recently I tried this food, my cat seems to like it very much. But I kinda noticed she drinks more water and did not poop every day like before. Otherwise, she is still active and playful. I checked the percentage amount of fibre is somehow lesser than other brands, but ash is much higher (10-11% iinm).

I read around, Ash is a group of minerals that includes magnesium. It is something to note if the cat has a digestive or urinary tract problem. And usually, the amount is below 10%.

Right now I am not sure whether I should continue giving her Iams or not?

Hi, anyone have experience in giving cats pet fish oil?

is it any good? how muchshould we give them daily?

i bought this brit care salmon oil online,
when received only noticed its for dogs,
i guess no harm to give my cats since its just salmon oil,
but the instruction label only have for dogs.

i read salmon oil is good for the cat’s hair & immune system, thats why im trying it out if it can lessen their hair fall.

Protein at 29% is it good enough? Compare to other brands with at least 30% or higher.

Anyone here had success changing litter from bentonite/ clay litter to tofu?

I heard overall benefits of tofu is slightly better. Lesser dust, and cat doesn't inhale/ eat bentonite particles.

But my 8 year old has been very difficult about this lol. Even though I gradually mix (talking 20% tofu 80% old bentonite), she just refuses to use her litter bin.

She controls and goes like once a day only now. Sometimes relieving herself outside her bin even.

Should I just give up? I tried 2 brands, most recent is pottycats i think.

Need help.
My cat, was found in my drain laying on its back with all feet up, bleeding nose and mouth.
He's breathing heavily when I found him around 7:00pm. (now the breathing already slow down & I think he's sleeping). He can still walk a bit just now and pick up his head.
Hopefully he's not being knock by cars.

What can I do to help him tonight... tomorrow morning I will go to veterinary for checkup.

I don't know, I guess I was hoping to hear of anyone's experience with keeping cats in cages, but it appears, at least on the internet, that such people do not exist. 

I did search such topics in Mr Google and also read ONLY the same preaching (don't keep cats in cages, etc, etc). I understand it, really I do, which is why I said....it's a difficult decision.

I don't pretend to be some cat expert, in fact I don't even keep any cats at all.

I just happen to like cats although the people who call the shots in my house do not, and I also help the cats in my neighborhood after being aware of how short their lives are out there (which is why we never get buried by cats), their mortality rate being so high.

But in the past.....I have seen with my own eyes, how some people actually do keep cats permanently in cages, and not only that, they cram them up in small cages or keep many in a chicken coop. Don't ask me to give details if you want to judge the guy who kept his cats (maybe 10 of them) inside a chicken coop. He lives near the jungle and if he were to let them roam free, they would all be gone faster than you can say meow.....
