hi all,

i do not own any cats before.
thinking of it.

however I live in an apartment on the 11th floor.

how to cat proof the balcony so that they won't go superman? without drilling can ?

Thank you all for your inputs. I've decided to adopt a 1 year old cat =). ordered some netting for the bottom part of the rail of the balcony. for the above part.. might need to find telescopic poles later . I will not let her out to balcony until then.

fingers crossed bringing her home will be smooth.

any first time owner tips is welcome =)

Sorry about the toy playing, i haven't learn how to properly play the feather toy the way she likes.
