U should try pea husks cat litter.
Way superior product than tofu litter. For example Catit brand and Cature brand. I prefer catit brand because price is a lot better compare to cature. It last a lot longer than tofu but more expensive. Not going back to 'regular' tofu anymore.

Been using Cindy & Friends Tofu Litter for more than a year, easy clump, less dust and odour control. Tried other more expensive brands like Real Labs, Cator, Petshy but Cindy & Friends the best so far.

Nurture pro = tofu
Catit = pea husks

Pea husks last a long time compare to tofu. Odour control lagi bagus. Coz my cats also use it.
Unless u only use the tofu for few days and change again, if not long term pea husks are better product.

try nurture pro
to me it's a big upgrade to cindy & friends.
the clumping and odor control are good, with very little dust too.

Powercat is made with soya and corn which are fillers.
Snappy Tom are no better (soy, corn, tapioca = fillers).

Used powercat for the stray cats outside before. The cats love it and the kibbles do not have any colorings in them. They mentioned that there's no fillers in the but from the ingredients list, there seems to be some pending on what you determine as fillers. You can try to go for something like snappy tom or brit. They are pretty palatable by cats.  Cost is important but gotta invest abit on healthier food so that they don't suffer in the future.

There are only few brands (high protein, high meat content) in the market now, due to high price (weak RM).

Also, there are too many 'rubbish' on the market. Too many 'fake' label pet food in the market.

I can only recommend few brands if u really want 'best of the best': Orijen, Acana, N&D and Instinct. The cheapest (/kg) is N&D because it's available in 10kg pack. Can buy repack if u only have 1-2 cats. Because 1 cat probably consume 2kg per months (depend on their 'lifestyle' and size).

If u really want 'the best' dry food (and have budget), i will recommend Orijen.

For me, with same budget, i will rather buy N&D and some can food.

I don't give my cat taste of the wild. Although it is grain free cat food, but if u look at the label, they use way too much peas (cat food also smell like peas). whistling.gif

Got a new cat today! It's been awhile since I have a new cat.  Use to buy Orijen but price is a bit high side for me. Any good one to recommend?

Went to pet shop found so many brands out there. Any tom dick and harry SMES repack their cat food into own brand and say themselve AAFCO lol..

How the hell I will know is genuine...  Zzzz.
