Guys, I've some problem here, with my cat.
I wanted to take her to neuter, but the problem is she's on heat for 4-5 days, then subsided for 1-2 days, then after that on heat again.
This has been repeating 7 or 8 times already, and I cannot neuter her at all.
Anyone facing this problem before?
What can I do?

Nurture pro = tofu
Catit = pea husks

Pea husks last a long time compare to tofu. Odour control lagi bagus. Coz my cats also use it.
Unless u only use the tofu for few days and change again, if not long term pea husks are better product.

try nurture pro
to me it's a big upgrade to cindy & friends.
the clumping and odor control are good, with very little dust too.

Does anybody have experience with Powercat or Misha kibble? These are local brands. Just asking as I hope they arent harmful. Are they better than supermarket brands like Prodiet or Friskies?Am trying these on strays I feed. My own cat is on RC Indoor but am looking fir budget friendly options for the strays. I also give them.wet food 2 or 3 times a week like Misha or Snappy Tom. I boil ikan Tongkol or chicken or liver twice a week too for them.

Used powercat for the stray cats outside before. The cats love it and the kibbles do not have any colorings in them. They mentioned that there's no fillers in the but from the ingredients list, there seems to be some pending on what you determine as fillers. You can try to go for something like snappy tom or brit. They are pretty palatable by cats. Cost is important but gotta invest abit on healthier food so that they don't suffer in the future.

Powercat is made with soya and corn which are fillers.
Snappy Tom are no better (soy, corn, tapioca = fillers).

How often do you deworm your cat? I googled some says every 3 months, some says 6 months, some say once a year.

Hi all, I just got my first pedigree cat, a gorgeous mainecoon. I have several other cats that I rescued as well. All of my cats are spayed and neutered. However, we are having a minor complication with our vets where they refused to spay our mainecoon, despite she had completed 3 cycles of vaccine, and the weight is more that enough for her to proceed with the procedure. According to the vet, it may stunt her growth, and we may need to wait for a year or so before we spay her for her to grow to full potential.

The thing is she already on heat. Online research shows that spaying have little to do with growth, or none at all.

Should I just listen to my vet or get another vet? FYO, we had been with this vet since 2018, we spayed countless stray cat with them, and all our house cats are resident to the vet.
