 recommended thermal paste for ps4?

Kryonaut is non conductive paste. Conductonaut is liquid metal.

MX-4 is ok, but Kryonaut is still better. MX-4 also dries up quicker than Kryonaut.

Also, you may want to get some thermal pads to replace the ones for the RAM and VRM.
