That's really vague. The duration of the video is not a good indicator of how long it'll take to work on it. It'll all really depend on the complexity of the video - e.g., do you already have the footage and it just needs to be edited? Is it just a simple cut and trim job or is there more to it? Why After Effects - does the video involve a lot of motion graphics and VFX?
