23 year old exchange student from China, Qi Haonan was arrested along with a female accomplice for misappropriating money from breached docomo accounts amounting to 790,000 yen (30k MYR).
The 2 were buyers instructed by a criminal organization to buy tablets and electronic cigarettes that are easy to resell on the open market.
Both denied the charges.


25 years old exchange student Chen Jiazheng and 28 year old nurse Liu Jia was arrested for the same offense committed last August and September.
Both are instructed to buy tablets and e cigarettes by criminal organization, misappropriating funds amounting to 6.7 million yen (261k MYR).
Both admitted to the allegations.
