If u watch some youtube unboxing for king size also comes in box.

After they open up flat it will inflated itself to the normal size.

Yours mattress come in normal size (inflated) or before 'inflated'?

Bought Sonno queen, came in a long narrow box
Mattress inside rolled out and fully inflate after 24 hrs can use
Tried for a month, found the latex retained my heat after 30mim cannot sleep properly even w aircond.

Submitted return request, after some paperwork and chasing 3rd party transporter, they lorried it back (fully inflated).

Hope you didnt get a 2nd hand returned mattress after someone tried it after inflation.
