Once the apps launched good , the biggest affected is their UT agent right? If their customer all changed to buy online, no more % for them to earn already? Or they still can get commission from the transaction under their customer account?

Apps customer more to younger investors, agent more on old age investor.

Agent service still need bcoz they can change roll to customers service in counter or apps.

i think it will takes time...most probably very long time for "all changed",

today tangan gatal wanna try buy UT through i-Access (Affin portal),click click click.....

tak boleh......tangan gatal lagi , whatapps tanya affin CS dengan picture sekali sebagai bukti (kali ini org lain , YXXXX).

lepas tu CS whatapps balik tak boleh, and dia call saya bla bla bla.........

conclusionnya ialah, customer iFast (sbb i buy PRS from FSM) should b cant create account i-Access (may b bcoz wanna settle my case so create one for me), bcoz iFast will complain steal their customer.

i mention that i just wanna purchase fund through Allocate Plus only.

so, bla bla bla lagi, at last, seen i oledi feedback to IT support team about my problem (through CS LXXXXXX), i only can wait .....

so, still no solution,

end up, i go FSM/SAMY/AKRU/.......flip2 again

when you click click at the i access to buy a fund....did you see that they got stated the sales charges to be incurred?

I wanna buy fund but no button to click.
U affin customer or u purchase prs affin through?
CS did mention ifast customer should b can't open i ACCESS account.

i have both i access and FSM a/c
(maybe now their policy changed??)

previously i have both DIY cash investment and PRS a/c with Affinhwang and FSM also

now i had existed all from Affinhwang since July 2019

if you happened to have the "Buy" button....do confirm the sales charges to be incurred
last time i kena one,...lazy to go to their office to meet my CIS.....i did it thru I-access.....kena sales charge.
my CIS told me have to go thru him so that SC will void...but since i did it in I-access...kane sc...

the thing was....the SC was not shown during the buying process.....unlike FSM where it shows.

just checked...can still access it after > a year dormant

My case, no buy button.
I last time when i purchase affin prs through fsm, i do try register i-Access but kena reject bcoz ifast customer can't register account.
Now my account only can view my prs n no buy button.
CS did mention i must register UT with affin baru boleh buy UT but ifast will complain if they allow me to register i access account.
So i just mention i only wan buy through allocate plus only, so she said wait the IT support to solve the problem,
I only can wait 😑😑😑
