no switching fees but has Sales charges as per tiered in post 1

"The sales charges have been lowered for the App as all transactions are User initiated
- Equity Funds : 1.00%
- Mixed Asset funds: 0.75%
- Fixed Income Funds: 0.50%

There will be no switching fees - unlimited through the app."

if no sales charge and no switching fees as given by your CS...then good...   for you

can buy FI @0.5% SC then switch to EQ at 0% Sc = total buy EQ is 0.5% SC (saving of 0.5%SC)
instead of buy direct EQ at 1% SC

at first i oso think like this, just now i check my buy history, 0% sales charge......

wait this friday i confirm  after the buy order complete....

last friday when i chit chat chit chat with the CS, suddenly i got one sentences :

"There are no switching fees regardless of fund type as long as you performed the transaction thru our apps."

at first , my face like this : 

after that change to this : 

i not sure u ppl know that sentence meaning, but i get it....

so my exercise for this week:

8/3 Monday : i perform purchase of Affin Hwang Bond fund with 0.5% sales charge (must give school fee first) 

10/3 Wednesday : i perform switching from Affin Hwang Bond to my Quantum fund.

when i receive the email, mention that no switching fee but with 1% sale charge   

on the spot i whatapps asking the same question again, CS reply me the same sentences above, so i screenshot the email.
CS request me to wait n she go confirm .
Finally , she come back n said is technically problem, they help me adjust my order back to 0% sales charge. 
i double confirm in my iaccess account , is 0% sales charge oledi.

i confirm again n the same sentences come out again.
wait me finalise this friday about this order.

I think we should get AHAM give free units to become app tester

Noticed still got a lot of bugs when executing and confirming trades

better recruit me help them la......seen lack of many info in the apps......

i can give many suggestion ma....

That’s why we must start app tester group for Allocate+ with every test done by tester will be given 3 free units of funds of their choice

So much more cost effective than hiring an IT grad to do testing which is not able to mimicking the real world and only fix things when customers are unhappy

The 1st thing to fix is their charting because it is horrible and followed option to turn off the music
