Apps customer more to younger investors, agent more on old age investor.
I dun think my parents wann invest with the apps 😁😁😁
Agent service still need bcoz they can change roll to customers service in counter or apps.

today tangan gatal wanna try buy UT through i-Access (Affin portal),click click click.....

tak boleh......tangan gatal lagi , whatapps tanya affin CS dengan picture sekali sebagai bukti (kali ini org lain , YXXXX).

lepas tu CS whatapps balik tak boleh, and dia call saya bla bla bla.........

conclusionnya ialah, customer iFast (sbb i buy PRS from FSM) should b cant create account i-Access (may b bcoz wanna settle my case so create one for me), bcoz iFast will complain steal their customer.

i mention that i just wanna purchase fund through Allocate Plus only.

so, bla bla bla lagi, at last, seen i oledi feedback to IT support team about my problem (through CS LXXXXXX), i only can wait .....

so, still no solution,

end up, i go FSM/SAMY/AKRU/.......flip2 again

I wanna buy fund but no button to click.
U affin customer or u purchase prs affin through?
CS did mention ifast customer should b can't open i ACCESS account.

My case, no buy button.
I last time when i purchase affin prs through fsm, i do try register i-Access but kena reject bcoz ifast customer can't register account.
Now my account only can view my prs n no buy button.
CS did mention i must register UT with affin baru boleh buy UT but ifast will complain if they allow me to register i access account.
So i just mention i only wan buy through allocate plus only, so she said wait the IT support to solve the problem,
I only can wait 😑😑😑

I access account cannot for fsm investor,
But I said i want allocate plus only, they didn't said cannot le.
Wait they figure out how to settle 😒

But I can use allocate plus to purchase affin PRS bcoz my account is prs account in affin system

when i said i dun want open i accesses account , i just want to use allocate plus to invest the affin fund, then they said have to wait IT settle......

the cs told me if wanna use i access to purchase affin fund , cannot, bcoz takut ifast complaint affin tarik their customer

after that i said i dun wan i access account, i just want use allocate plus apps to purchase affin fund, then cs ask me wait the IT to solve it....
this week is the 4th week oledi.....i pun x tahu mcm mana.....

if takut ifast complaint, just limit the fund can be purchase for ifast customer la, bcoz not all affin fund can be found at fsm (but not sure can use ifast to purchase or not)

at the beginning , affin cs oso said i cant create i acess account bcoz im ifast customer.

but the cs ask IT purposely create account for me to solve my proble (purchase fund through allocate plus).

but fail again and i record the screen n post to them, cs told me they oledi forward to IT to solve.....

so , i tunggu, tunggu, tunggu until Versa oledi launched, but my allocate plus still havent see can be use (but i know i can use to purcahse affin prs , i try just now until payment section then i cancel ...just wanna check is my phone problem or allocate problem

i pun x tahu.....tunggu this week i ask again.....if cannot , better dun waste my time....

yalo, same here, but she did help me create the account n try, but fail, so record the video pass them .....

why dun they just do marking to the ifast investor , so that can access to the fund that not accessible through fsm ma...

Yes, Allocate Plus got an android update.
I finally can buy affin enchanted deposit fund.
I buy 50 to test water.
I received email from affin that received my fund oledi 👍👍👍👍

That why i wait Allocate Plus bcoz mention there minimum is 50.
But I cant find the floating transaction.
Just wait 2 days for update.
Most of the fund minimum is 50 or 100, only combo need 500 previously I try.
