That's why it's call trailer fees. Service charge just extra. Part of the fund management fees is the trailer fees.

Sales Charge for transactions carried through the app will be 0% - ends on the 28th of February 2021.

after that the sales charge if purchase from this apps is permanantly (until further notice) as below:
The sales charges have been lowered for the App as all transactions are User initiated
- Equity Funds : 1.00%
- Mixed Asset funds: 0.75%
- Fixed Income Funds: 0.50%

There will be no switching fees - unlimited through the app.

some fund come with minimum rm50, some r minimum rm100

they do come out with COMBO (managed portfolio)
e.g : starter, slow and steady, adventurous, high fly, ............
minimum initial i think is rm500 (because i try rm200 n been rejected)

i oso can see my PRS that purchase through FSM in this apps.

Today story:

my problem cant be solve, propose me a new and temporary id dan password.

must activate first through i-ACCESS portal first, baru use the same id n password to log in the apps directly without any verification (may b bcoz they have my info through PRS).

i did a quick flip2 and decide wanna try money market fund (easy to purchase n withdraw ma) that FSM doesnt have
i stuck at process to transact , no respond after click......so i send the recording screen shoot to CS again.....

i think have to wait tomorrow

My opinion about it:
Lack of info in this apps like didnt mention minimum initial RM500 to purchase the COMBO (i find out after the click), switching, redeem......unless all same as mention in fund factsheet
lagging do occur (when i click, around 10s wait, not sure is my hp/unifi/apps problem....)
i didnt like the background music although the youtuber mention is special (just afraid will affect the performance of apps, i dun know)

i think if like this one day one problem, i may b invest completely next week

I have their I-access account which I used to purchase PRS before and can login into the apps. I didn’t really try on purchasing from them directly as I always transact through FSM.
But looks like your problem happened to me too I am unable to proceed transaction from the apps.
From the portal website after login I am unable to transact too.

Seen like I'm not the only one 😂😂😂.
Until now still no solution.

Finally had time to try the app and turns out cant even login lol...the app probably has some issues they havent sorted out yet...

This apps been test by selected person since end of October, but after 2 months, end out like this.
What r they testing?

Just hope the affin officer or selected person can see my problem, what r they testing for the 2 months plus 😑😑😑

The fund managers salary is mainly paid by the management fee. The sales charge is going mainly to the seller. But yes, nowadays it is the trend that the sales charge goes down (not the official "up to ..." which only complete beginners with no idea pay) and the management fee is going up.

Basically I am quite interested in this product, but only if I can select everything by myself, no "managed portfolio" please.

U gonna on hold first seen like many problems haven't settle in this apps. Unless u wanna test like me, until today since first day i register. Wish u luck n don't same with me.
