yes, this is definitely scam already. I truly understand the T&C of free 1GB data. The problem is i switch on less than a minute i start received this message. The only browser is this forum. I don't mind if this is not fall under the free data, it supposed to charge per data size. Which definitely won't reach maximum until charge RM10. Plus i'm using old phone, less than a minute, it won't load that much!

Yes, I direct call to CS, make a complaint, tell them i feel cheated, will report to MCMC. Straight away the credit back the RM10 to me. (almost on the spot)

Well, I believe I'm not the only one who call. If they setup this type of trap in system, must be a lot fall in. Is just those who complaint, they credit back, those quiet........

Anyhow I didn't screw the CS, I know is not their problem. I just tell them I'm very unhappy about this. And they seems like is known issue, so the whole process is quite smooth.

btw, u should simply ignore those so call free 1GB, UNLESS u had bought a monthy data plan.
