Hi,

I would like to ask when i see the changes of share quantity of internal share holder it got mention "Nature of Interest " and it show remark "Direct Interest".

May i know what means by that ?

"Nature of Interest" = how is it being held.

"Direct Interest" = the shareholder holding such number of shares directly in the company.

Indirect interest = the shareholder holding such number of shares indirectly in the company via spouse, connected via immediate family members or company which he/she has control.
