Some people selling stuff in Pounds and others instead of US. But i see people only sell paypal credit in USD. So how actually do i pay them in pounds? And can anyone give me a reputable seller for me to buy paypal credits from?

So when i pay i choose to convert or when the credit seller is transferring should do it?

yeap, thats why paypal is among the famous of its own kind. they are very user friendly. but sadly, hard for malaysians to withdraw monies from em.

Nopes it will auto convert depending on the current USD > GBP exchange rate

Paypal's fee for conversion is factored into the conversion rate. That's why their conversion rate is slightly worse.
