I have bought 3 unit before and currently am deciding to settle down for an own place to stay. Looking at rm 700 to 1.2mil. I have 2 queries?

1. "Full stamp duty exemption is given on mortgage agreements and sales and purchase agreements (SPA) signed between June 1, 2020 until May 31, 2021 and are further subject to at least a 10% discount provided by the developer"

- does this only apply for new properly? the area i am looking at is mainly subsale, not many new landed projects.


"Loan restrictions on 3rd property removed"
- since this is my 4th, does it mean i can apply 90% if my salary allows
- does it apply again for new property only?
