Looks like he's very trigger happy with the red fonts, bolded and enlarged font size. Normally when I send email I also lazy to format them, kudos to this guy for exercising those finger muscles just to demean others.

If people keep outing them to social network and make it go viral, then other companies' big shots that act like they're king will need to be more careful make an example of these animals
