 BP Healthcare Dato "sickening doing sick stuff"

BP healthcare recently implemented a new policy when taking breaks, so staffs need to break in and break out thru the mobile app on their phone.
A few months ago, some staffs were paid lesser than usual due to technical issues or pressing the wrong option when break in or out.



The victim submitted a request for reimbursement to BP dato instead of HR. This was a private and confidential issue between the victim and the dato, but he forwarded the email to all the staffs in BP. Not only he shamed the victim, called her names, he also forwarded her payslip to everybody. After this incident, more than 150 staffs (30% of the total staffs) also appealed stating having payslip issues and dato said “Is sickening doing sick stuff”. If so many staffs are having issues, maybe management is the issue.

Recently he called his senior graphic designer "Kong the Dump" and the forward the email to all the staff.

And also, you should NEVER EVER email the Biggest boss for this petty matter. You email HR ! You think Dato has time to solve this small petty matter? Then he pay HR salary for what? Goyang kaki in office? Lastly, remember u need company to survive, but company doesnt need you as you are easily replaceable. Welcome to the corporate world little kid

Actually for this company, you will need to submit claim with dato. He makes the decision not HR. So i think he has plenty of time, don't worry.

I contacted Vulcan media (averagemsian) and sent them here, as they wanted to get more BP employees to get their side of the story and to ensure my post and email screenshots are legitimate. I do not have any BP employee contact as I do not work there.
