How many people benefitted from BP as form of direct income?
I prefer model X
Just resign; slave term does not apply as nobody being force, but most workers are desperate.
True, but bottom line people are desperate for income. One leave, many more waiting in line to be hired. Slave dont have a word, just listen to the master or resign/walk away.

Lol,

- Bad employer reputation within the industry
- High turnover rates
- Have borderline abusive contracts that favors bosses and hurt employees.
- Struggle to find loyal, top-tier talent to build the business.
- Enrich themselves publicly while overworked, overstressed employees look by the wayside.

“Oi, I didn’t force my employees to work for me. They know what they signed up for, it’s thier problem la!”

^^^^ One of the easiest way for companies to go kaput. Not the fastest way, but it is a definite way. Good luck, and see you in another 5 years.
