It was 10 years ago but I still feel obligate to expose them so other didn't fall into the trap. So I upload the offer letter and letter of appointment that they require all employee to sign.

I just read clause 7, and damn.... isn't that against Labour law itself?

This means BP will die-die not confirm you until 6 months is up, hence you can't do jack shit unless you really have money for compensation. And then if you do get confirmed, you need to stay another 6 months or else vomit back EVERYTHING you have been paid previously.

Honestly I am surprise there has been no complains about this to the Labour office until today....
