Depending on the usage. Lenovo got deal with code "FRONTLINER" might get you a great deal.

Actually bought a second hand i5 laptop from a kid and reformat there, the seller was very irresponsible; did not reformat, still filled with malware and 3rd party programs.

didn't took longer than 2hours and it was running smoother than a baby's ass.

just parked at SgWang and walked less than 500m, would definitely recommend compared to going lolyat

few years back old Acer laptop. i did surveyed online for the screen sparepart cost and compared with what they've quoted. cant really recall how much but the price seems ok, so end up let them do.

I bought refurbished dell laptop from dell before. Still good after 2 years. In fact they even have warranty for the laptop and i have changed my lcd screen for free with dell. Worth it.

Usually there will be a step-by-step guide in your laptop's manual on how to replace the screen. As long as you're careful you should be fine. I've done that myself, though it does took some time for the entire process. In my case its around 2 to 3 hours, which is fine to me since its my first time doing that.

I ordered my screen from Taobao btw, the screen looks pretty and it comes well protected.
