What sohai will openly brag that he let the interns do everything? This is not preparing a plate of mee goreng but complicated engineering job where each project is different.

No sane company will dare hire a engineering company that doesn't have fully qualified engineers on board. Only chinaman type like ipohmali who only think of cut cost to bare bone will dare hire him.

While ipohmali is not the only one who exploits interns, he's the only.one who instead of making sure outsiders don't know he is using inexperienced interns to handle every aspect of a project. He goes to great pains to brag about it as though it's something to be very proud of.

Heh, then the bugger is really an idiot. Like u said, interns who are keen also want to learn from a reputable firm & even if they don't learn much. At least it will look good.on their CV

Maybe first few years when people don't know his true nature can still attract the hardworking eager to learn interns.

By now, everyone who is studying in this field has very likely heard of the sohai & even if they haven't. All they need to do is just google company name look at the reviews also will.know there is seriously something wrong with the company.
