My observation

Korea - Their home country. Can't afford to lose the status of leader in their own country therefore offer the best spec.

US - Huge market, and apple home country, give anything less than the best will get them swallowed alive.

China - Stiff competition from dozens of home manufacturers huawei, oppo, xiaomi etc ditto with US

Other markets - Testing ground for their own exynos.
