Actually it's an email that's sent to you. The instructions to redeem are available on the email itself. Redemption can only be done after the 29th Jan.

Email for the Fit2 comes in before preordering.

I preordered on the day the preorders were announced. But the email does not seem to be related to this. I think you will receive the email as long as you do the registration of interest irregardless of the preorder status.

The samsung website shows this wiresless charger instead.

Hi bro, was just wondering. Did you also redeem the free gifts for USB C ANC headphones?
Just afraid that if I redeem that then I wouldn’t get the Wireless Charger trio which I actually prefer over the ANC headphones.
Anyone else can confirm that they can get both from Samsung.com?

I just had a chat with the Samsung online rep on their website asking about the free wireless charger trio which doesn't reflect on the checkout page. He told me we can only get it if we buy it from their Samsung retail partner senheng. So am in a dilemma whether to pre order from Samsung itself. Anyone care to confirm?

Hi guys wanted to ask, sighted that Samsung S21 Ultra will only be available for use to pick up on 29 Jan 2021.

For may years i have pre ordered Samsung phones and always i pick up at Samsung Store Mid Valley.

This year is special where i scared of CV 19 and i have opt for home delivery. Based on you guys experience, will Samsung delivery send out on the day itself on 29 Jan 2021 or will it be earlier or will it be later ?

Yeap, i was pre noted that it was RMCO, but now is MCO haha samore till 4 Feb 2020. I hope no delay.

Er...I think MCO is more serious than rmco. No? If they have to delay during rmco, then mco surely can't escape from this as well. Not to mention that all those rumors recently. Really no idea what will happen after Jan, if the number is still increasing.
