After owning the a 5G capable phone for a year without 5G coverage, that is how I truly feel.  Should have just held back on the purchase since upgrades are just minimal upgrades here and there, not much innovation and ultimately excitement.

And to make it even worse, this round they are shortchanging us on a bloody Rm5 charging brick for a phone costing Rm5k and above. How about no?

Oh yes it does. Especially those UV glue type tempered glass. Tested X-One UV type on S20+ and totally cannot use the fingerprint reader at all. After trying a few soft type (nano or hydrogel) and cannot tahan, then I settled for Blue O brand. This one my fingerprint reader works but the detection rate drops by easily 50%.

I hear good feedbacks so far on T-Max or Whitestone Dome (not sure available for S21 series yet) though. But these are not readily available from where I come from.

Is it hot when you use wireless charging?

If the heat generated same as wired charger, better dont use it since take longer time.

Samsung already advise not to charge overnight.

I rarely charge over night since I'm using fast charging on my note 8

I always keep the battery percentage usually around 20% to 80%

So far battery still no issue.

TLDR; Your battery will deteriorate FASTER if you always charge overnight than someone who doesn't have the same habit.

More little feedback on the telco reception.

I was in my carpark just now. Signal switched to 3G with only 1 bar. Previous Huawei P20 Pro still 4G with 2 to 3 bars, accessing internet not an issue. Granted I know Huawei phone has better signal than my previous Sony, I wonder if Samsung signal really that off? I guess folks with good area coverage would not face this problem.
One thing I like to seek Samsung guru's help, when there are missed message, there's no led indicator permanently on for S21. Internet says S20 uses edge lighting. I tried the only edge lighting setting I could find. The lighting only lasts for a while when message comes in.

How do I have a permanent light indicator to indicate there's pending message, reminder, tasks, etc? Notification indicator while the screen is off.

Just got the S21U over the weekend and still getting back to the Samsung groove after all those Pixel years. Initially battery life was just average but after some tweaks and changes, and it seems to be getting better. Also found this youtube clip on making fingerprint scans faster, and it seems to make sense. Just tried it so will see how accurate it is.
