Hi all, wanted to check with you all on the Fit 2 free gift.

I registered my interest at Samsung website on 4 Jan 2021 at 10.33 AM

I pre ordered my Samsung S21 Ultra at Samsung Website on 15 Jan 2021 at 12.45 AM

Till today I haven't receive any Unique Code email from Samsung on the Fit 2

Checking with everyone have you all receive any Unique Code on the ROI Galaxy Fit 2 email from Samsung already ?

I read many post is that we will receive email on the unique code and I totally understand it.

However I just want to check have anyone already receive the unique code email ?

I just worried if some already receive the unique code via email and some did not receive the unique code...

I chat with Samsung, the customer service also cannot give me a confirmation. I have doubts.

I did not get this email. I find my whole email also don't have.

I think Samsung should never release unique code out first to those register ROI. They should wait till people order the phone then double check on ROI list only release the Unique Code out.

Because if people register ROI but ended up never buy the phone then the Unique Code will be wasted.

For the Samsung Galaxy Fit 2 yesterday I called and emailed samsung on the inquiry.

I raised 2 report because I ordered 2 unit of S21 Ultra.

I registered for the ROI and I did not get any Unique Code email.

Lucky during I register I have take photo and coincidently I got proof.

Samsung team is investigating this and will revert back to me within 3 work days. Therefore I expect them to revert back to me by Thursday.

I thought otterbox defender already got protect screen area... hmm...

Commuter and Symmetry only protect phone body but not screen area...

Hi, can I check with you when did you register the ROI ?

Mine I register at 4 Jan 2021 10.30 am , until now did not receive any Fit 2 email unique code.

For me I am 100% sure I key in the correct email.

Daily i send reminder to them and they keep on saying that they are investigating on the issue.

Hi guys wanted to ask, sighted that Samsung S21 Ultra will only be available for use to pick up on 29 Jan 2021.

For may years i have pre ordered Samsung phones and always i pick up at Samsung Store Mid Valley.

This year is special where i scared of CV 19 and i have opt for home delivery. Based on you guys experience, will Samsung delivery send out on the day itself on 29 Jan 2021 or will it be earlier or will it be later ?

Yeap, i was pre noted that it was RMCO, but now is MCO haha samore till 4 Feb 2020. I hope no delay.

The earlier can get the more happier i am.

Currently my case already arrived. Otterbox Symmetry bought directly from Otterbox website.

Received case this time Samsung really up the case quality. It feels solid, grippy and especially the side texture. Really love it.

Currently I only got case. Phone will arrive today.

Later will try out to check is it heavy or not.

But case alone got some weight.

I call the courier guy he said to send by noon.

I just received my Fit 2 Unique Code few hours back

Just open package, going to unbox and play with it now.

I submit the application to redeem the Fit 2.

At select store there i cant find Samsung Online store, ended up i choose the nearest store to my home SESL @ The Gardens.

At document there I upload Unique Code, Order Acknowledgement and Payment Confirmation email screenshot.

Hope will get update soon.

I already got both of my S21 Ultra on Wednesday evening. Samsung Online MY store use DHL to send to us.
I bought from Samsung Online MY on 15 Jan 2021 immediately once the unpack event finish.
Yeap you need IMEI number.

I think Samsung own mistake did not include in the option of online store. But as long as your attached document is valid with the correct unique code + order confirmation + payment proof, Samsung will check and honor the gift.

I quickly submit to redeem because there is terms and condition stated in their website = while stock last.

Customer ID I put my Samsung login account name

Invoice number I put in Samsung Online MY order reference number

Samsung did not send us official purchase resit.

In my attachment I did upload the official iPay 88 payment resit as proof

Yay, my Fit 2 ROI redemption approved.
