Go to your Samsung Online Store orders section, is it showing as Preparing Despatch? If yes, click track and it should take you to the DHL ecommerce portal straight where you can track the parcel. Samsung online store did good by me as I just bought the UV Sterilizer on the same day they were preparing to despatch my parcel and they delivered the sterilizer for me yesterday together with my Ultra. I thought it was going to be a day or or two delay as I did not purchase on same day when I pre-ordered the Ultra. Btw, when did you pre order? There's two black sealed stickers on my Ultra that clearly shows my box has not been tempered with

my battery is at 18% now ever since my last charge which was at 1:30am just now. I submitted a complaint to the game developer and here is their official response to me. The game is even more power hungry than Genshin Impact.

Thanks bro, this is my 2nd time waiting for the phone to fully drain down to 5% before placing it on a charge thinking that this would 'Max' my performance out for the battery and therefore makes my phone last longer.

There's an issue with my day to day activity to practice what you just said because when I am driving I will be constantly connected to the Android Auto in my car which is by a cable connection therefore usually I make a habit of switching off super fast charging if my battery level is above 50%

Not sure, how much impact does this habit do to my overall battery performance, I am worried about overcharging but no choice as Android Auto connection requires constant cable connection

yes, honda only lei. I was told i could contact someone to root my head unit so I have access to youtube, maps, spotify, Android Auto. Well you get the idea

I'm not rooting my Ultra bro.... I mean root the display head unit to become display unit on steroids but then i will lose access to whatsapp which sucks

Another thing, I'm not sure whether you're aware or in agreement with me but I experienced lag and Android Auto unresponsiveness when I used a cheap device or s10 plus as my AA connection source. Not sure, what's going on, maybe the ram capacity affects the performance of how AA performs on our head units.

Lol I have this weird sense of security that when I check my phone it is showing 100% battery level i feel relieved and happy. Confident that my phone can last me throughout the day when I do my business. At 15% my Ultra just now inform me I should charge it pronto

So now I'm Super Fast Charging it, I have reached 41% level now in is less than 20 mins basically

same I was legit shok when I went to sleep battery at 55% and I woke up 5 hrs later battery level still 55% after a bit of browsing and whatsapp, battery dropped to 50%. Pretty satisfied, game battery drain is a different story though. bad optimization by Unreal engine for Ultra
