I am not Total War Veteren, been playing the demo over and over... the land battle for me are so tough. manage to win with only minor victory not to mention that I almost loss all of the entire army. wondering how you guys/girls done it. are there special move or like ie..: 1st, move this unit and then this unit..

I cannot set auto manage the building. Am I doing something wrong? Only can auto manage the tax only. Through the tips help it mention can auto manage building and tax based on 'policies' so we can concentrate on our army. Pls help.. Where are the building policies..?
