To be honest it can trigger some people people.

I kinda kena before in a clinic where got one person is talking very loud until the niece who I am taking to clinic got headache from his voice.

Then I advice politely the uncle . "Sir, can you lower down your voice ? My niece is having a fever and the loud noise is making her headache".

Then out of no where the uncle scold me saying you think this clinic is your father one la ? Do you know who am I, if I speech softly my client cannot here you want to pay me if I lose my client ?
