For tnb payment, the maximum count for per acc/month is 3 times. Means 1 elinking account is limited to 3 bill payment/month?

trying to pay TNB bill, but noticed there's an "online payment fee" of 2% to be charged on top of the 1.5% app credit payment fee.
Is there anyway to waive the online payment fee as i saw earlier posts poeple only mentioned about the app credit payment fee |
