Hi, did anyone buy TNG reload pin on 3rd Nov?
I bought one RM50 reload pin, it was recharging for more than 12 hours,
and become successfully recharge afterwards.
However, the reload pin is invalid.
Anyone experienced the same?

Hi All, i've place order for TNG pin and status shown as PAID, but, no pin available, anyone encounter the same?

u also get "PAID" status and it auto refund to u? Ho w long will it take?
I check with CS, but, she told me to wait the status update to see it is Failed or not. but, it has been more than 30 min still no change.
 

CS told me to wait the order to change to FAILED, once FAILED, i will get the refund. If order status no change, it will normally refund to my App Credit within 3 days... i asked to log case, but, she said no need, just wait 3 days max.

She somemore tell me RM100 is available.. but, i dare not to try, later stuck another RM100 there..
