Hi All, i've place order for TNG pin and status shown as PAID, but, no pin available, anyone encounter the same?

ya, it is under My Order. When i click in, no PIN there..

coz, normally the status is either Recharged Successfully or Recharged Failed. This is the first time i get PAID status but, no PIN available.

u also get "PAID" status and it auto refund to u? Ho w long will it take?

I check with CS, but, she told me to wait the status update to see it is Failed or not. but, it has been more than 30 min still no change.

CS told me to wait the order to change to FAILED, once FAILED, i will get the refund. If order status no change, it will normally refund to my App Credit within 3 days... i asked to log case, but, she said no need, just wait 3 days max.

She somemore tell me RM100 is available.. but, i dare not to try, later stuck another RM100 there..

OMG, even TNB also cannot, then, really stuck...

Ya, has been getting PAID status since last week, n the refund also took longer time day by day

not bad, at least u got the softpin.. now dunno how to spend the credit..
