size mainly.. u need to check for the correct size. also check to see if you want the tape type or the pants type.

other than that, as long as the wearer is comfortable and minimal to zero leaks then all good.

There's a brand call Absorba that they sell in Alpro Pharmacy, i heard it is a lot better than Tena or Dr P though.
