Me booked Rumawip. Neway i confius, the developer is LSH but some agent said it was under Ekovest. Build by Ekovest.
Then i still pending to proceed any documents as i didnt get much review for the developer 😩

I contacted 2 SA. Both say different thing. One say LSH, another one say Besteel Engtech SB. To book need to place a cheque or bank draft right? This project haven't obtain apdl yet. That's why they haven't proceed collecting docs.

Looking at the floor plan, quite ok oh

APDL will release sometimes by this week or next week. I paid booking to my agent then she make a bank draft. She required my documents today. Coz wanna to submit for loan 1st.
Ya the floor plan quite good and have swimming pool too (more rumawip now dont have much facilities either than sky awani)

Im still 50 50 actually.. worried for the developer track record but dont know laaaa hahaahah

any idea the pricing for units?

PPAM : 1100sqft 1 park (RM298k fully booked - waiting list)
RUMAWIP : 850sqft 1 park(RM300k fully booked - waiting list)
Bebas Condo : 950sqft with 2 car park (starting price RM405k after 15% rebate (10% for d/p & 5% cash rebate) - but as I ask agent the available unit min price RM410k after discount and level 10)

Is not even launched yet. What do you mean by fully booked - waiting list? For PPAM and RUMAHWIP unit.

Ya.. as the agent told me.
Firstly im interested to book the PPAM but they said fully book, and i go for waiting list.
So i booked RUMAWIP on Nov 2020, my friend wanna to book RUMAWIP, last week but they said fully book too 😅. I dont know either yes or not.

Im still 50 50 coz i dont have much info for the developer track 😅
