 Paint stain? Cover strong wall color with WHITE, How?

Bought a condo... The wall color got blue, orange, and lots of stain...

How to cover up all this color with white color? DIY.

And How to clean d wall stain?

Use primer to coat. Then, paint

If using white, then you need several coat.

If there is a lot of stain, clean the wall first then paint with primer and 2 coats finishing. White has good hiding no worries about covering up the existing colour.
