Suggest to flip the 2 fans on the top of the casing from intake to exhaust, this should see temps drop around 5-6 celsius easilyand somehow im speculating because of that the gpu at the bottom get less air circulation..

The GPU is doing a lot of work at 144 Hz / 1440p, so you could also limit fps to say 100-120 to help reduce temps further
You should be getting around 70-75 celsius after you do this
