Time to change my Silverstone on my Persona.
Narrow down to this 2 brand. Want to try other brand instead of Silvertone or Conti

Main preference is low noise and comfort.
Also would be a bonus if wet handling is good.

What do you guys recommend?

Wet , Toyo CF2, Proxes TR1 or NE03 , T1R (in order )

Low noise n comfort Toyo NE03. Quite ' performance-ful ' too

If u can get ur hands on Nexen Nfera SU1 (sometime go by name Roadstone) , Hankook V12 Evo (good balance good performer), Ventus stronger in the dry than wet.

All the above choose by your budget

Good info.
How much for the NE03?

My budget quite limited. Not more than rm180 per pc.
Tyre size is 15/60/195

Put Hankook Kinergy Eco2 (K435) in your list too. Fits your budget and most probably got savings too for a big meal. Performance is certainly better than NE03 in all category, except in road noise category.

Speedy is right kinergy eco 2 is pretty good for 13-16 i believe

I made slight mistake I was writing with 17 inch wheel/tire in my mind J Camp so u gotta discount abit there. So what i suggested might not be In For 15...

Nanoenergy (NE03) and kinergy Eco got though

If u really want budget, falken ze912 is good performer wet n dry jus dont expect too much, but not quiet tire ,should be found within 180rm . All branded Conti michelin gdyear bridgestone dunlop i think more than 200 for 15

Other budgeted brand, Giti Sport, GT radial, Blacklion, Roadstone, Nexen if u can find in 15. Good. Archilles indon brand abit weak

I see.
How about Toyo CR1?

Went to a shop and was asking the price and it fits my budget. I understand this tire just released a few months ago.

Go for Toyo NE03 or Goodyear Assurance. These two are not bad for their price.

Ecopia on nice hot sunny day can activate ABS frequently when stopping for traffic light. laugh.gif This one only the brand nice but this ecopia really no grip at all.

Toyo CR1 is the new replacement model for NE03(discontinued). Based on launch data, there are some improvement over NE03.
