Hey there all gamers,

I have problems trying to connect my wireless controller to my console. All the four green lights on the controller were blinking. What could be wrong? One thing to note though, the controller i was using to connect to this console was actually a pre-packaged controller with my another 360 (yea, i have two). Does that matter actually? I have no problem playing with the wired controller.

Thanks all.

ok what u have to do is turn on the controller, then click the CONNECT button on the controller while the 4 green lights are blinking on the console, (when u hit the connect button on the 360) then both the controller AND the console shud be spinnin and after a few seconds they shud recognize each other n connect. smile.gif

Does that matter? He tried it and it didn't work. There's no need to complain about him calling it a trick.

'Trick' does not necessary means 'a special skill'. In that context it just meant that it didn't do what is needed to be done.

Anyway i don't wanna turn this into an English language debate thread. I contacted MS but yet to receive a reply from them.

ImSIEBEL: I tried doing what you said too. That "didn't do the trick" either.

What happens if you turn the controller on? It just keeps blinking?

Ok folks, found what was wrong with it. Since the controller i used was actually 'paired' with another console, i will have "re-sync" it. There's this small button located beside the LB button. Press that once, and also the small button next to the memory unit on the console. Now both the green lights on the console and controller would be circling for a while and voila. Connected.

Thanks all for spending time reading this thread. And no daidzz, i'm all fine. No worries. Sorry though if i sounded rude.
