Serious question. I dont know about property that much. But I want to know if anyone bought U reka project in USJ 1? The progress of this project?

Recent light lead me to know that U reka is a project taken by der**ha** developer. And I just found out it is a continuation from abandon project. I dont even know the name of the building previously or the changing developer. My agent (currently MIA) never tell me anything. I thought it was a new project start from scratch when I bought last year.

Reading in this forum lead me to know that der**ha** is not a good developer based on finishing project that been discussed here.

Anyone has any lead on anything? Because the payment continue but the progress of the building? Afraid it become abandon again..... what is my right as buyer?? 😢

loan disbursement from bank will be progressively.. in case anything happen, u have to bear the payment that bank have disburse to developer..

nothing protect buyer in this scenario in case abandon project in msia..

Gosh..u bought it? I go view in year 2019, now 2021 still no progress. I believe still will abandoned.
