Im using a canon s5is. Im trying to take pictures of moving people/objects indoors but the lighting indoors is not very good, dim and warm yellow lights. So, what settings should i use as i dont want to use iso above 200 to keep noise at a minimum level? slow shutter speed only blurs the object. How? icon_question.gif

suggest bumping the ISO up a little or use flash or some other artificial lighting

oh.. thx.. the aperture range is 2.7-8.0.. so too bad cant go lower than 2.7.. i thought the flash would be a little bit artificial.. so just have to make do with iso 400... blush.gif

S5 IS got a hotshoe, maybe you can mount a flash on it and use it to bounce flash your subject.

Look in the either in the Canon S3 or Canon S5 thread. Someone actually bought a diffuser.
