Got call from this agency, said its part of Maybank, offer some debt restructuring services... Anybody try it

according to the agent i spoke to from NYK, they said they will charge 10% of outstanding as fees. they will park it as part as the AKPK loan. can negotiate according to them. now the question is , if we approach AKPK ourselves, that would be easier and free right?

I am thinking of engaging them since they can provide a lower interest rate compared to AKPK, but I am worried if they could be scammers.

There is a processing fees which not reasonable.

Can anyone shade some light on this?

ccg advisory offer to all SME loan facilities (subject to approval). They only take 5% of the total loan approved. Worth it? Legit?
