I tried delete the previous backup from itunes to free up space on hardisk. But it seems the file still store somewhere in hardisk as the space never reduce.
I knew about manual delete from the location, it works to reduce the space when i delected the other backup.
So now, how can i clean the previous deleted backup from itunes completely as this can't been located in the folder anymore. It really sucks me about 100gb there.
please help if you have solution. Appreciate and thanks a lot!

Try download CleanMyMac and run the screenings. It helps removed junk files and space up the storage.

Are you using Mac? If yes, depends which version. The backup are located in ~Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
Backup are encrypted, you can only use the folder date to gauge which is which. So, proceed with care.

You might want to try ask in other section. Have you try doing a search for such folder? For MacOS usually it will go direct to trash, you will need to empty it to claim back the drive space.
