 Double-storey MBPJ Renovation, Permit & Fee (change from 1 to 2-stry)

Do you know how long does it usually take for MBPJ to grant an appointment ? Looks like during this MCO, they seemed to have slowed down significantly.

The "Local Plan" is a set of document to be updated every 5 years empowered under the Town and Country Planning Act.
