if I'm not mistaken, you can get a 100mbps plan for RM99 if your bill charges like this. you can remove the unifiplaytv. (Ignore the Deco)


If the bill charges for your RM129 100mbps plan are like this, then you can’t do anything.

unifi also give the same model to new users

Just "upgraded" my unifi 100mbps RM129 (Super Value YEP 2019) to 300mbps RM129 (Basic - staywithunifi) at TM Point Center morning. The whole process very smooth. I just showed the counter the pricelist 300mbps RM129 package and was asked was the pricelist given by 100, I just answered yes. No further question asked. The new package will be effective after 24 hours. I checked the myunifi app and it actually updated. However speed will remain the same when I asked my wife to do speedtest from home.

Btw i try convince my dad to take this offer at tm point. The problem is need go nearest tm point, cannot be offered by phone unless apply for termination? We just don't want terminate line of course even though finish contract. Either stay or move on to other isp but try to lower down bill a bit

This is randomly given by TM. No need to request one.

They will said that you are selected due to you are long time user or good paymaster but in actuality, they want to trap you. when you use fast internet, suddenly downgrade surely will rasa the effect and will tempted to maintain the high speed.

Its actually a good point to not accept the free 30 days speed upgrade.
