as far as i know, you may go to tm point and ask for address change.
if the new location without available port, you are entitled to terminate it without penalty.

you can transfer your unifi to new house without cost and penalty.
But my phone number changed after i transferred.
No idea whether you can remain the same number or not.

this bloody technician pulled out my fiber and yet not plug it back although i told him he messed up my internet connection.
very sure it is him cause my internet was fine, but out of sudden LOS blinking red and this guy was behind.

anything i can do to file a complain or make unifi come faster to fix it? EMCO tomorrow

yes, had file a report.

however they don't take my complain to this culprit saying they need to check on their side first.

i already told him he had disconnected my fiber yet he ignore me...
if i wasn't rushing for meeting, i would clamp his van and whack him hard.

it is causing so much trouble to my family with work and school.

100 is by using land line is it? i have totally out of fiber connection, there is no land line to call by now.

i raised report at 6pm yesterday
i called again this morning, and 1pm today still telling me they will expedite this

and i am calling now again at 3.47pm and they said the case is closed..

WTF.. my house still don't have any internet and they close like this just to make the report look nicer is it? for not exceeding 24hour

called this number but they just point me to file it through online form.
filling up file now.

i am extreme angry with them closing my case without even inform me a thing.
imagine my whole family waiting internet to work and school but the case was closed without notice. like an idiot wait for nothing. mad.gif

thanks for all the help.

after many complains, the same technician came.
he did connect back the connection. however, the connector was spoiled and giving extreme high db reading to my modem (almost 80db).
Guess he might unintentionally spoiled it during his action on Thursday.
anyway, now my db reading is around 22db. glad that tm still manage to send technician on saturday.

But i still can't forgive them for closing my file without doing anything yesterday.

yes, i did ask for a bill rebate while i was chatting with them. however, the agent just asked me to talk to billing department once my problem solved.
it's a mere 2 days downtime. i will just make it a pass this time.

personal experience, that contractor did put back my plug however the plug was damaged and he thought it was ok.
lodge report, waited for 2 days. the same contractor came back to rectify.

At first he checked my house trying to claim that it was my internal fiber issue (I pull fiber during renovation). Then he check the db reading finally need to climb to that poll.

I relocated last year, no fee applied nor extending contract.
Tmpoint will let you know the available time slot. As far as i remember, it was quite fast last year when not at MCO condition.
not sure about now.

my unifi was paid by auto pay monthly.
however this month the autopay seem like not working.

is it due to their "upgrade"? do i need to re-apply my auto pay?

successfully asked for SWU program at TM point Pandan Indah for RM129 - 300Mbps. I am over the 2 years contract situation.

at first i do the talking got call about this SWU story, then the staff checked awhile and told me that this option is in the system for my account. If i opt for rm99 - 100Mbps will need to send the request to HQ.

I did asked her to not delete my 600min free call. she said it's not really good for her to do so cause HQ might question and ask her to justify.
However, she did mentioned that she will remain that term in my profiles, and see whether HQ will delete it or not (don't know whether it really stays there or not cause she is not showing me her screen).

Process was quick. just do thumb print, then arrange technician to come over to change router. haven't check whether the speed had been implemented or not

Just got my 300Mbps -SWU package done. My unifi profile still haven't update.
Technician bring over a Fiberhome SR1041Y router.
Anyone has any idea how to set it as AP? Can't really find those usual static IP setting.

I am having your same situation.
I asked the lady politely to remain my free call, but she not really confirm that it will still be there.

Will wait next bill to see whether the free call is still there.
