Nowadays IP address either get 42 or 219 only

Anyone facing connectivity issue at penang area?

Finally my UniFi TV is one year old since I changed my package from Aneka+Ruby to Ultimate only since both also RM 60. (I cannot cancel Aneka earlier and had to pay RM 30+30, might as well change to Ultimate for RM 60.) Yes, my plan is weird, I used to have two packages.

I am not sure if they will allow me to downgrade to only Ruby - RM 30 so I can cut down my monthly from 129 to 99. I asked for few years and they said, they can do for me but will reduce the discount for Internet, so eventually I will still pay RM 129.

I also received promo to add Mesh which I didn't accept though.

currently on 800mbps unifi, still using the router given by tm by the time i subscribe to unifi (probably 4-5 years ago)
planning to upgrade the router.
currently looking at huawei ax3 pro and end up found that this router cannot support unifi and there is not much improvement for the performance

then i found out xiaomi redmi ax5 or ax6(new product), could this product support unifi? better in terms of performance? better wifi signal, better security, etc

or have better suggestions?

budget RM 300+-
(saw one seller selling redmi ax6 @RM368)

......Anyone from Sarawak experiencing weird slowdown? I only got 5 to 8MB/s out of usual 45MB/s (500Mbps package) today.

Mostly around 5 MB/s.

Changed the IP range to 60.54.x.x = turbo speed again
Seem like 175.x.x.x range has issue again. 

I just upgrade from 100mbps to 300mbps last month. I called the TM sales department to upgrade to the rm159 300 Mbps packages and they agreed. But when I wanna pay the bill they charged me with the original price rm189. Did anyone experience this too? I should have recorded the phone call conversation for future proof 

That's sound amazing, but any other cheaper alternative? My house do not have wifi6 devices tho


My house devices all rely on wifi, 2.4 and 5ghz, so the cable ports not very important here

My neighbor wifi (green) is stronger than mine (red) WTF, that's why keep interfere my wifi i think ?

Anyone on the northern side facing constant network disconnects every 3 mins as if there is a network flap?

For 300mbps, turbo and YEP are having the same rate, only thing is turbo has an expiry but YEP is dubbed as perpetual.

And yeah, this price discrimination is totally nuts, especially when you realize there's ppl out there paying about half of what you paid and yet having faster speed than you.

Though I don't think government gonna interfere in this anytime soon (or ever), since this affect the profits of TM...
