I’m having connection issue. I’m at penang. Anyone having same issue? Homeline phone can be used as normal but no internet connection

Just finished the call with TM. All Northern Region is affected by 'fiber cut' at Tanjung Malim at about 8pm where the traffic will pass through their Internet GW at Cyberjaya. Repair time tbd. Probably rerouting the traffic

What is your current plan? unifi 100mbps try me? If so, I'm not mistaken, this plan does not include UnifiPlayTV.
You need to upgrade your current 100mbps plan to a new 100mbps plan (for those who dont get UnifiPlayTV)

get the same bullshit reply from live chat, no such offer. Luckily inside the myunifi apps have the option to change package. Already did change package and received a report number.
