How to get this plan?

Didnt know this was possible or i would have done it sooner.

Called in and upgraded my plan from:
unifi 100Mbps - Super Value YEP 2019 + Phone + unifiTV1Pack for RM129
to
500Mbps + Phone, no TV for RM199 (+ Deco M9Plus).

Never even used the TV since day 1 and rarely use house phone.

My contract supposed to end in Oct 2021, now renewed 2 years.

Was looking at other options for at least 300Mbps to upgrade, like Digi/Celcom for cheaper prices but had to wait till contract end.

First he offered me 300Mbps + Phone for RM159, but no free router. Then i asked for higher speed.

If can afford, I think no brainer la to take RM199, the routers price itself RM850ish and thats like RM35 a month over 24months, and thats basically the difference from the 300Mbps to 500Mbps package.

I believe can keep, but dont quote me on that, you can call and ask for confirmation.

I called in to upgrade on 6th June, 10th June tech came to my place to change the BTU, same time i ask them relocate for me (had to pay him some charges), then 11th i received sms about mesh.

But since then nothing. No email, sms.

Today i went to TMpoint to pick up a unifi prepaid sim, same time asked them about the status. They gave tracking number but its not trackable in jnt website. They said order was created on 11th June. So should be able to track in JnT by now.

So idk when ill get my mesh now lol

Also trauma from past experiences with JnT

Should be 300mbps @ RM159, no unifitv, free Deco M4 Mesh

Do you guys know if UnifiBiz lines also can get these "loyalty" or "StaywithUnifi" prices?

I have 2 x 100mb UnifiBiz lines, contract ended last month..

thinking to change to Maxisbiz... unless unifi can offer better prices..
