Router restarted is not working. Restarted BTU modem & it back to normal. It happened multiple times, TM helps to reset port for few times then the issue came back again after few days...

it happened to me before when using tm router dlink dir850l.

factory reset the router worked for me. or use other router.

anyway what router do use?

hi all, i believe you all in here is more knowledgeable than TM CS.

does anyone know if the modem PON is OFF and the LOS blinking red, what does it mean? can it be the router is faulty?

they blamed the router is faulty and ask me to contact tplink directly ,, is it true?

compare your ip address in whatismyip.com with WAN ip address in your router. if it the same , then your have a public ip address, if not then private
