QUOTE(xCryptik @ Oct 19 2021, 09:23 PM) Cannot apply on new account. You have to apply relocation move that old account if it's at other location. Actually it can cause my new account (5 months old) already upgraded and old account still remain same package (2019 100mbps, downgraded from 800mbps turbo), now waiting for m4 to arrive. This post has been edited by apalexar: Oct 19 2021, 09:35 PM |

QUOTE(msacras @ Oct 22 2021, 10:03 PM) Early turbo plan all under 2 years contract, which most ppl already due starting last year. Mean those 800mbps with very cheap price also expiring soon? Those signed up with YEP promo is under same package as turbo but they're permanent discount instead. If like that glad that I downgraded my turbo plan years ago, thought it's permanent one, damn unifi |

QUOTE(msacras @ Oct 22 2021, 10:35 PM) Under YEP2019 program then you can probably get it permanently. If under year 2018 PH government's turbo program, unless you signed up for YEP in late 2019, it will expire after 24 months of your Turbo. I think most ppl who're under PH's turbo program already have their plan expired by now already since it's Q4 of 2021 already. QUOTE(go626201 @ Oct 22 2021, 10:36 PM) Nope,i think in my memory most YEP plan having permanent discount, only some people having 24 months. I thought YEP and turbo plan are different, which turbo plan is best and cheaper compare to any of the YEP offer Very cheap price YEP plan also have permanent discount. I think most of us who had the permanent discount plan's contract should had finished in last year, and now using unifi without contract if not subscribe for mesh wifi plan or downgrade plan. Anyway just hope that government can soon synchronized all the plan price so that everyone get what they paid for, though this is just a dream until unknown year |

QUOTE(go626201 @ Oct 22 2021, 11:01 PM) If TM synchronize all user price, then there will be a lot of users change to other ISP since there will not having any advantage for using Unifi. The snchronized I mean is also cheap price like other ISP, then different ISP can offer various gift to keep or attract more users The only advantage that still let me or "my family" stay with Unifi is only because of the cheap subscription fee for loyalty user. Although it is unfair to other users, but as TM start charge higher fee for the current plan then they will lose more Unifi user when the contract ends. My main choice still unifi since it rarely give me trouble throughout all this years, and their service is satisfied when I make a report. |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Oct 23 2021, 02:11 AM) Mine has had perpetual discount since the beginning. Hope TM don't take it away. Now I think I get it, meaning that turbo plan will expires but for some users unifi offer YEP plan (perpetual) with same benefits and price to retain users, right?Advance30(179) --> Advance50 (179) --> Pro100 (189) --> Pro100 (159) --> Turbo800 (159) --> YEP (159) Ruby and then Ruby Plus for the Advance plans. Ultimate added for Pro100 (189). Then Ruby Plus removed for Pro100 (159) STD20 since the beginning. Advance50 (179) is the Thank You Surprise Jan 2017 free upgrade. Pro100 (189) is the RM10 upgrade with contract renewal in Nov 2017. Turbo800 (159) is the Turbo upgrade in Dec 2018. YEP (159) is the free 3 months thingy in Oct 2019 with contract renewal. YEP came after Turbo plan. I was on Turbo 800, when I took the YEP, the plan name changed to YEP. |

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Oct 23 2021, 09:09 AM) This will be a dream never come through. TM will lose out their customers which they have silently give good offer. Imagine those who paid RM159 for 800mbps and suddently have to pay RM3xx if gov interfeers in making them syncronise pricing. Actually it's the other way, if ISP like time can offer plan like 500mbps, 1Gbps for cheaper price, I don't see why unifi can't unless they want make huge profit and I believe this is why Gobin mad at unifi thus gave order to lower down the price and improve the speed after he became the minister. Good time have past though.. John42 liked this post

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Oct 23 2021, 09:38 AM) It's the government job then, as long unifi users still paying high price compare to other ISP, mean current government is not doing job, guess internet service will be my guide to vote for which party in coming election |
